1. Overview This website is operated by Paws Yacht Club. By accessing this site or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms in full. 2. Products Product images are illustrative. Colours may vary depending on screen calibration and this does not constitute a fault. Listed measurements are approximate with a tolerance of up to 5%. Variance within these tolerances is not grounds for return or refund. Our pet beds are decorative resting furniture. They are NOT toys, not chew-resistant, not load-bearing, and not intended for pet transport, restraint, or outdoor use. Supervise your pet at all times and discontinue use if the product becomes damaged. We accept no liability for injury or damage arising from misuse, unsupervised use, or use contrary to these instructions. 3. Pricing and availability All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices, modify or discontinue products, and limit order quantities at any time without notice. Any comparison ("was") price refers to a price at which the item has previously been offered. Pricing errors may be corrected and affected orders cancelled with a full refund. 4. Orders We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our sole discretion. If we cancel after payment, you receive a full refund. You are responsible for providing accurate purchase and delivery information. 5. Acceptable use You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or reproduce our content, imagery or branding without written permission. 6. Accuracy of information Material on this site is provided for general information only. We are not responsible if information is not accurate, complete or current. 7. Third-party links We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third-party sites linked from ours. 8. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our products or this website is limited to the value of the order concerned.
