Response times
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday. Enquiries received at weekends or on UK bank holidays will be answered on the next working day.

- Photographs, where your enquiry relates to a damaged or faulty item

Order enquiries
Tracking information is emailed automatically on dispatch. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to begin updating, and refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery estimates before contacting us about an order in transit.

Returns
